Prerequisites: It is recommended that delegates have completed the AN001 (Analyst’s Notebook Course) prior to attending the course.

Designed for new users of Pattern Tracer, the course provides an introduction to identifying potential patterns / clusters in telephone calls. This includes (but is not limited to) learning how to:

• Create and populate Pattern Tracer databases.
• Importing telephone call data into the Pattern Tracer database.
• Finding patterns/clusters in the Pattern Tracer database using different methods
• Visualising the patterns/clusters that are found using association and/or timeline charting views.
